Scribner Receives AARP Legislative Achievement Award for the Second Time   Hartford-  The Connecticut AARP has awarded Representative David Scribner (R-107th) with the organization’s Legislative Achievement Award for his continued advocacy and legislative support of mobility options for older adults and people with disabilities.  This is the second time Rep.
